This project was a development for the Orchard Hill re-provision for supported accommodation for adults with learning disabilities. The site was situated in Merton, London, and the brief was to design a residential block of 8 supported living flats including ancillary accommodation.
The design scheme elements included:
• Central access core
• Single green mono-pitched roof
• Large areas of glazing
• Palette of materials
• Sustainable design
• Re-landscaping
